We’re looking for an ambitious, motivated sales professional to build and manage referralrelationships with:

Key Requirements:

  • Motivated, self-driven, and relentless in building new relationships Comfortable talking to professionals like plumbers, property managers, public adjusters, and insurance brokers. Able to sell value, not just price. Ready to put in the work now for long-term payoff.

Benefits:

  • 25% commission on each job you bring in — uncapped earning potential. Flexibility to offer large kickbacks to referral partners (up to 15–20%, when most companies only offer 10%), so they choose you over competitors. Even after giving a 15% kickback to your referral partner, you’d still keep 10% for yourself — meaning $100K+ in passive income from just one strong partner.
