We respond to emergencies immediately, with 24/7 service available every day of the year. No matter when disaster strikes, our team is ready to be on-site as quickly as possible to protect your property and begin restoration

Ensure everyone’s safety first, shut off electricity and water if safe to do so, take photos for insurance documentation, and avoid entering damaged areas. Do not attempt major cleanup yourself.

Insurance & Billing

Do you work with insurance companies?

Yes, we work directly with all major insurance companies and can bill them directly. We help streamline the claims process and provide all necessary documentation.

We provide detailed estimates and work with you and your insurance company to maximize coverage. We also offer payment plans for any remaining balance.

In most cases, we can work directly with your insurance company and you’ll only pay your deductible. We’ll discuss payment options during our initial assessment.

Restoration Process

How long does the restoration process take?

The timeline depends on the extent of damage. Minor water damage might take 3-5 days, while major restoration projects can take several weeks. We provide detailed timelines after our assessment.

This depends on the extent of damage and type of restoration needed. For minor water damage, you may be able to stay. For major damage or mold remediation, temporary relocation might be necessary for safety.

All our technicians are IICRC certified and receive ongoing training. We maintain certifications in water damage restoration, fire damage restoration, mold remediation, and other specialized areas.
